Daily Itinerary Summary


Day 01: Entry Beijing
Meeting on arrival and check in at the well selected hotel. The left hours of the day if any are on your side for free individual arrangements.

Day 02: Beijing 
Today's delightful highlights cover the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. You will be served Beijing Roasted Duck for dinner at a famous restaurant, followed by a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre.

Day 03: Beijing 
One of the most important activities for the entire Beijing Travel is the brief hiking at the Great Wall, Badaling section. Sichuan food is arranged for lunch at a nice restaurant after a short drive. Continue the visit to the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb in the afternoon. The a la carte dinner is served at a famous Cantonese cuisine restaurant in the Wangfujing area.

Day 04: Beijing Xian 
After the visit to the fabulous Summer Palace and the Lama Temple, your guide will see you off at the airport for the flight to Xian and transfer to the well selected hotel. This evening we will offer you a buffet dinner at your hotel as the welcome dinner to this ancient capital.

Day 05: Xian 

The Terracotta Warriors and Horses unearthed near Xian is thought to be one of the great wonders of China and of the world. Drive through highway back to downtown to a decent restaurant to have well prepared food instead of the mass produced food around the site. Have a visit to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the ancient City Wall in the afternoon. Enjoy the Tang Dynasty Dinner Show in Tang Dynasty Palace in the evening.

Day 06: Xian
Continue your Xian city tours to visit the Provincial History Museum in the morning. Enjoy your lunch at a local famous restaurant. Afterwards, visit the Great Mosque and a local family.

Day 07: Xian Guilin 
Xian city tours will be wrapped up after the visit to the Hanyangling Museum, the Mausoleum of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi on the way to the airport. After lunch, leave for Guilin by flight and transfer to the well selected hotel. After dinner, you will be entertained by enjoying Ethnic Songs and Dances at Lijiang Theatre.

Day 08: Guilin
Yangshuo Guilin  
Bound for Yangshuo via breathtaking Li River. A short bicycle Travel to the countryside will then be arranged, you have back up choice if you prefer not to ride a bicycle. You will have chance to the local farm house to have close touch with their lifestyle. Transfer back to Guilin. (Tips: Since the lunch on the Li River cruise can not meet your expectation, Beijing Travel suggests you have big enough breakfast at the hotel this morning.)

Day 09: Guilin Kunming 
Continue the city tour to the Reed Flute Cave, the Elephant Trunk Hill and the Seven Star Park. Head for Kunming by flight and be met to check in at the well selected hotel.

Day 10:
Kunming Lijiang 
Today's visit will focus on the highlight of Kunming, the Stone Forest. After that, leave for Lijiang by flight and be met to check in at the well selected hotel.

Day 11: Lijiang 

Your half day Lijiang visit in the morning covers the Baisha Village and a local Naxi family, the Baisha Murals, the Rock Joseph's Former Residence in Yuhu Village. The afternoon is left free for you to explore this beautiful town on your own. In the evening, you will be entertained by the Naxi Ancient Music and Dance Performance at Dongba Palace.

Day 12: Lijiang
Shanghai 
Morning is free and you can have a walk in the early morning to take a deep breath of the fresh air of the town. Head for Shanghai and be met to check in at the well selected hotel.

Day 13:
Shanghai 
Drive to visit the Shanghai Museum and the Yuyuan Garden. Follow a cruise on Huangpu River. The Farewell Dinner is served at the Wang Bao He Restaurant which has a history of around 260 years of serving the best Shanghai Cuisine. The memorable dinner is followed by the Portman Acrobatic Show at the Shanghai Centre Theatre.

Day 14:
Shanghai/ Exit
Be at leisure until the hotel-airport transfer is arranged for you according to your homebound flight schedule.
