Daily Itinerary Summary

Day 01: Entry Beijing
Meeting on arrival and check in at the well selected hotel. The left hours of the day if any are on your side for free individual arrangements.

Day 02: Beijing
Today's delightful highlights cover the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. You will be served Beijing Duck for dinner at a famous restaurant, followed by a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre.

Day 03: Beijing
One of the most important activities for the entire Beijing Travel is the brief hiking at the Great Wall, Badaling section. Sichuan food is arranged for lunch at a nice restaurant after a short drive. Continue the visit to the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb in the afternoon. The a la carte dinner is served at a famous Cantonese cuisine restaurant in the Wangfujing area.

Day 04: Beijing
Take the full day to visit the Summer Palace, the Lama Temple and the pandas in Beijing Zoo.

Day 05: Beijing - Dunhuang
Leave for Dunhuang by a morning flight and transfer to the well selected hotel. Experience a short camel-riding along the Echoing-Sand Dune to reach the Crescent Lake. Then visit the Dunhuang Museum.

Day 06: Dunhuang - Xian
Have a visit to one of the greatest wonders of Buddhism grottoes- the Mogao Grottoes. Leave for Xian by flight and transfer to the well selected hotel. This evening we will offer you a buffet dinner at your hotel as the welcome dinner to this ancient capital.

Day 07: Xian
The Terracotta Warriors and Horses unearthed near Xian is thought to be one of the great wonders of China and of the world. Drive through highway back to downtown to a decent restaurant to have well prepared food instead of the mass produced food around the site. Have a visit to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the City Wall in the afternoon. Enjoy Tang Dynasty Dinner Show in Tang Dynasty Palace in the evening.

Day 08: Xian
Continue Xian city tour to visit the Provincial History Museum, the Great Mosque and a local family. The a la carte lunch is served at a local famous restaurant.

Day 09: Xian - Shanghai
Continue to visit the Hanyangling Museum, the Mausoleum of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi on the way to the airport. Enjoy the a la carte lunch at a fancy restaurant. Then leave for Shanghai by flight and transfer to check in at the hotel.

Day 10: Shanghai
Drive to downtown to visit the Shanghai Museum and the Yuyuan Garden. Take a Huangpu River cruise after lunch. The Farewell Dinner is served at the Wang Bao He Restaurant which has a history of around 260 years of serving the best Shanghai Cuisine. The memorable dinner is followed by the Portman Acrobatic Show at the Shanghai Centre Theatre.

Day 11: Shanghai/ Exit
Be at leisure until the hotel-airport transfer is arranged for you according to your homebound flight schedule.
